According to the by-laws of the MTOA, four new board members shall be elected at the annual meeting. Listed below are the four nominees as presented by the Nominating Committee:
Nancy Ebersole Susan Wertenberger
Gary Tolbert Stephanie Burnam
Also according to the by-laws, additional names may be submitted from the floor at the annual meeting.
Larry Gendron will also be nominated to fill Cathy Kennan's unexpired term.
We have also had requests for copies of the MTOA Constitution and By-Laws, as well as the minutes of last year's annual meeting.
